Paleo Beef Burger (beef patty with garlic, cracked pepper and walnuts)
Before Dinner
To aid digestion and repair the stomachs' mucous lining it is recommended to have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar about 20 minutes before eating a large meal. I tried this while at the in-laws for dinner.... whoa! it nearly blew my head off, not what I expected but I did feel it working strangely enough???? lol
I was unable to blog and take photos of dinner since we were lucky enough to have dinner with our beautiful family but I have included what I ate in my blog.
Dinner
Roast chicken with salad greens and avocado followed by a bowl of strawberries for dessert.
