Recently I had a health professional tell me that my core was not working efficiently at this stage so work myself up to strenuous exercise slowly and only once I've healed my digestive system which is probably the best advice to follow.
As far as the leaky gut is going... I actually think it's improving dramatically, I just don't feel bloated anymore and I'm actually sleeping better than I have in years! Finally getting that deep sleep I've been so deprived of the last 2 years!!
Anyway today... totally motivated and pumped, came home to my regular routine..
